Delivery countries

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus.

Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs according to shipping weight:

Orders from 0 to 5 kg = € 5.99
Orders over 5 kg up to 10 kg = 9,49 €
Orders over 10 to 31 kg = €16.49
Orders over 31 to 61 kg = 32,98 €
Orders over 62 to 93 kg = €49.47
Orders over 93 to 124 kg = € 65.96
Orders over 124 kg = € 500.00

From an order value of € 100.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value:

Orders from 0 to 5 kg = €13.50
Orders over 5 kg up to 10 kg = 19,95 €
Orders over 10 to 31 kg = € 24.50
Orders over 31 to 62 kg = 49.00 €
Orders over 62 to 93 kg = € 73.50
Orders over 93 to 124 kg = € 98.00
Orders over 124 kg = € 500.00

From a value of goods of 200 € the shipping costs are halved.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
